Hospitality Fundamentals

Prepare for a career in the hospitality industry with our 18-week Hospitality Fundamentals Certificate. Build a strong foundation in hospitality operations, guest service, front office operations, housekeeping, food and beverage service, supervision, and basic hospitality accounting.

Through practical training, you’ll develop the industry knowledge, operational techniques, and hospitality best practices needed to work confidently in hotels and other hospitality settings.

Graduates who successfully complete the required AHLEI exams are also eligible to receive an AHLEI Hospitality Fundamentals certificate.
