Hospitality Sales and Marketing

Prepare for a career in the hospitality industry with our 18-week Hospitality Sales & Marketing Certificate.

Through practical training in hospitality sales, marketing, customer engagement, and hospitality operations, you’ll develop the knowledge and practical skills to help attract guests, build lasting customer relationships, and support business growth. You’ll also gain an understanding of sales strategies, revenue management, convention services, and front office operations to support a variety of hospitality businesses.
